This GoodHome Furniture Varnish has a low odour, quick-drying formulation that provides a long lasting, antique pine satin finish and highlights the natural woodgrain.
- Perfect for enhancing and protecting wooden surfaces or adding a splash of colour to unfinished wood.
- Suitable for Wood
- Surface Preparation - Prepare the surface by removing any previous coatings and loose, flaking or peeling coatings completely. For bare wood lightly sand to remove any loose fibres. Use a cloth dampened with white spirit to remove any dirt, dust or grease.
- Instructions for Use - Apply evenly in the direction of the wood grain using a brush.

This product is highly recommended.
I bought this product to cover the top of a unit which has water damage from watering plants. I only needed a small tin …which was available and the coverage was good and the unit now looks as good as new.

Looks good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this on a bookcase and I am pleased with the result. The finish is as described. It was easy to apply and did not take lots of coats to get the desired effect. I would use again on furniture.

Quick drying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More like a paint consistency than a sticky varnish went on the wood easy with no streaks did give the top a second coat as it was bare wood ,matching it next to a pine bed frame there wasn’t much difference in colour so I would say it was true to the picture on the tin

Great for old desk
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this as I have an old desk at home. I wanted to give it a fresh feel. It took time to do this correctly as I needed to sand down the wood and apply two coats of this varnish to the desk. The finished result looks good and feels good as well.

Excellent Varnish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an old wooden table which needed rework or new lease of life and this Antique Pine Satin Multi-Surface Furniture Wood Varnish has given that table a new life, to be honest. The varnish is really easy to apply with the brush and does not have a very strong smell and does dry pretty quickly too. Once it dries you can't spot brush hairline marks so it settles very smoothly on the surface. Still have plenty left for other rework in the future.
