No Screws or Plugs!
The curtain pole is good enough, but no screws ? seriously who sells curtain poles without screws and plugs? and to make matters worse, so indication of which you need. If you're not going to include the screws, why not have the correct ones on a clip strip with the item, as a sugessted add on at the till, and online as a frequently bought together.

Easy to take curtain pole off to hang curtains
Bought for a rental property. Very easy to use to change curtains if the pole needs removing. It does not need any tools to remove as it fits snugly into the bracket and is supported by a plastic cushion. Very cheap to buy but look expensive and good quality. Love the design.

Curtain pole with NO SCREWS!
No screws included. How do they expect the curtain pole to stay up? Maybe by mind control? No more nails adhesive? It’s beyond me the cost of the item and screws are an extra charge. Seriously! Now it’s costing more to pop out and buy the screws I need. Definitely surpassed yourselves this time.

Didn't come with screws
Brought this product thinking that if it come with brackets like everything else in the world it would come with screws but no they even put a picture on the back of the packaging of screws you'd think if B&Q were going to be cheap enough to not include screws it would at least say underneath the picture that they are not included
