Its not grey, its dark brown/black
Used on staircase. Not sure why others saying its grey. Its a dark brown. Use a grey undercoat before applying this product and it should come out fine.

Definitely do not buy
I just brought this without reading the reviews. Want a nice deep brown handrail. It’s as stated by others grey. While drying it seems to shrink away from the other paint leaving gaps where the original colours shows through. I now have to buy another tin of paint to finish the job as certainly won’t be using this again.

Worst paint I have ever used
I bought 2 great looking colours in gloss, looked super on the tin, oprned it to find a thick syrupy grey colour......stirring for about 15 minutes eventually brought the pigment out and made the colour 'sort of' like thr colour on the tin but after so much stirring it was now like painting with thick custard - quite literally, once applied it was yucky ..... dried to a strange silvery grey mixed in with the colour on the tin. I would never buy this rubbish again, as a glutton for punishment I tried a different colour that had bought at the same time, in a different room - same dreadful result. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Terrible
On the tin in person it looks brown-ish, which is what we wanted. The colour when painted on things is like a silver grey! It's also terrible consistency and you have to use a ton to actually cover anything, otherwise you're left with ungodly amounts of streaks. Worst gloss I've ever worked with!

It's a Conpletely Different Colour
I bought this product in store so didn't see the reviews. The colour on the tin is clearly a dark brown. When I got home I found it to be dark blue! When I came online I found that this has been an issue for a long time and has still not been corrected.

Begrudging one star
Had I read other peoples comments I wouldn’t have bought this paint. I’m in the middle of a project having turned the kitchen upside down, sanded the areas that I wanted to paint and then opened the paint tin. The paint was bright blue not brown. I was going to stir it to see if the colour changed, but I decided to read the reviews first and realised it was pointless. How can this paint still be on the shelf when some of these reviews date back months?

Not the colour it shows on the tin,bought this to paint a metal beam, no matter how hard you try it will not cover just leaves streaks.
