Excellent tap... for now
We bought and installed this mixer tap 2 weeks ago, so I cannot on reliability. It was straightforward to install (if you have the right tools), and was to replace an accidentally damaged old mixer tap. The quarter-turn ceramic-valved hot and cold controls are great and very smooth, and the shower/spout switchover is just a regular one (nothing fancy there). The shower head works fine, although beware that the white rubber ring around the end might need to be pushed back if it arrived slightly wonky (not a big problem). It's good-looking, and for the moment works very well.

Excellent
I bought this unit to replace a Nabis set up that failed after only 11 months. I am very pleased with this so far. It supplies a decent jet of water to the shower and bath fills up wonderfully with the large spout. It is bright and shiny and looks very elegant. I hope this one lasts longer. It is guaranteed for 10 years which is a bonus. It was installed by a qualified engineer with no problem.

Very disappointed
Just purchased and installed by a plumber. The hand shower is just a trickle. Looks good but it is uselessness Going back to B&Q .

Uselsss!
Appalling. Hot water tap/shower stopped working completely after 3months. What am I supposed to do now? Doesn’t even deserve one star.
