Great product, easy to fit, soft clost is great
Really like the soft close mechanism and the additional kids seat, which is detachable and doesn't get in the way. Been a month and so far so good. Only slight issue (which is why I dropped a star) is that the two clips that slot the lid into the basin attachments don't fully go in, so it stops about 3cm from going fully in. Isn't a major issue as the lid holds down fine, and I'm not sure if it's a design choice, design error, or user error but I kept pushing and felt I could snap it so let it be. Just keeps bugging me that I know it's a few centimetres from being flush with the slot.

2 bought previously as great design but not robust
I loved the design of this for our family home, although the soft close doesn’t work after a short time it’s the fittings we seem to have an issue with don’t seem to last. We have had 2 over the last 2yrs and again that’s the fittings loose and not tightening at all. Going to check with B&Q if there is fixings we can exchange with rather than looking at another seat.

Decent Toilet seat
This is a decent quality toilet seat, seems strong. My husband fixed it on. It took him a little while but he had no problems with it. The child seat can be removed altogether by clicking it out, but in fact it tucks into the main lid and so it is not in the way, even if it is not being used.

Not good if you don’t know how
Brought today on opening box no instructions,good job we have Google,otherwise would have been stuck.also have to be strong to remove seat for fitting properly,would have been better to have release buttons.

Great looking and easy to install
Simple and straightforward to install. Bottom fix only fittings provided. Takes longer to remove the old and clean the pan than installing. Looks great, child seat can be easily removed and reinstalled. Bought and installed 2. Really happy.
