a toilet that doesn't flush
The toilet was installed and does not flush due to a failed design and mechanism.

Very pleased
Plumber said it was unexpectedly good quality "for a B&Q thing" (sorry, B&Q). Not sure why one reviewer said it wasn't suitable for floor plumbing...our waste pipe goes out at the back and then straight down under the floor, turns a corner and joins the main waste. It looks fine, and the two-options flush actually works, which is a first in my experience, and is very efficient. The sink is tiny, of course, couldn't be anything else. We are perfectly happy with just the cold intake - saves a lot of plumbing (meant we didn't have to rip up the floor to get a hot intake plumbed in) and it is just a courtesy "you can rinse your hands here" facility - why do people need hot water for that ?

Bought this for a downstairs loo and it’s perfect! Suits our needs well for such a small space
