GoodHome Clear Matt Furniture Lacquer has been specially formulated to protect, enhance and seal your newly painted furniture. It is ideal for use over GoodHome Furniture Paint and frequently used surfaces. It provides protection against scratches, helping your paint last longer.

- Suitable for Painted wood
- Surface Preparation - Painted surfaces must be clean, dry and dust free. The paint must be completely dry before applying the lacquer
- Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly before use. For best results, it is recommended to apply at least 2 coats using a brush or roller at an ambient temperature between 10°C and 25°C. This pot will cover approximately 6 m². You can apply a new coat after 8 hours. Allow 10 days for the lacquer to fully cure. During this time treat your new paintwork with extra care, gently wiping any spills or liquids from the paint immediately.

Lovely matt finish
Bought to seal/protect stair bannister after using cancun matt. Love the finish, stays matt looking but feels silky and protected. Lacquer goes on easily with fine roller, two coats lovely finish. Only available in 500ml

Easy to apply
It did what I wanted it to do. Can't comment on durability as I have just used it. Only time will tell.

Great product for sealing matt paint
My wife was upcycling an old chest of drawers, the finish was matt paint, she was concerned it may scratch easily. We purchased a matt paint sealant from B&Q. It was perfect for the job

Worth it
A little runny but does its job. Use a sock if you want it to run less or use a very small amount at a time on a brush. I have used this for my banister and spindles and it has really tidied it up and has definitely helped to prevent chips. A little expensive for the size you get.

Great protection
Wasn’t 100% sure on this when using a brush so opted for a foam roller and although looked bubbly it dried great and gave the furniture the protection it needed. This was used over emulsion on bunk beds

Great product
Bought this product to protect a wooden fireplace after painting it with matt emulsion paint. It gives a lovely finish without changing the paint colour and is very easy to apply
