Nice and easy to install
Good product, the colour match with my floor and the installation is very easy The texture looks like real wood even if the material is different. Dimension are good.

Not what I expected.
I bought this item thinking it was pvc but when installed it turned out to external thin plastic and internal plaster material that made quite easy to cut.

This is a dense foam product - poor wear level
This scotia looks good and was easy to cut and fit but it is made of some sort of dense foam and is easily damaged. I for it in April and it is already badly damaged due to cleaning, catching with chairs etc on corners. It already looks scruffier than the scotia I removed which had been in for 10 years!

Great versatile product
I bought this trim a few weeks ago. Although advertised as water resistant, I bought it because I needed to put the trim down where two former rooms had been made into one. I needed a trim which I could easily carve to allow space for the joining strip under the trim. I found that the trim was not hard as I had expected, but quite quite low density and was very easy to shape with a rasp. I managed to get an ideal finish (see photo). I think that this would have been much harder, if impossible to do with a standard trim.

Bought to complement new floor. Good to work with and looks great, but felt it was a bit expensive
