Product information
GoodHome walls and ceilings durable paint is suitable for walls, wood and metal with our toughest formulation and excellent covering power. It is extremely hard wearing so is ideal for hallways, stairwells and children's bedrooms.
- Surface Preparation - New plaster or plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Painted surfaces should be sanded, clean and dry. Fill any holes or defects with filler. When sanding, wear a face mask to avoid dust inhalation. Before painting on bare wood or metal use a suitable primer. Painted glossy surfaces should be sanded thoroughly
- Suitable for Ceilings & walls
- Instructions for Storage - Store any leftover paint between 5 and 30°C. Best used within 1 year of opening.

Strong white

My go to ceiling colour
I will use this on all ceilings until white is no longer cool, better than brilliant white as it’s flatter and absorbs flaws but creates a warmer vibe, if they ever cancel it, I’ll be gutted. LOVE IT

Great paint
I bought this to paint our hall stairs and landing. We have paneling on the bottom half of the walls, so painted Cancun Tough & Durable on the paneling and North Pole on the top sections, it has hugely brightened our hallway and was so easy to use.

Excellent coverage.
Great paint, bought the 10L dulux trade brilliant white after 4 coats on a cream wall that still looked patchy I used this paint and it did the job in one coat. Then used same colour in kitchen paint, in my kitchen and found that paint to be of excellent quality also. B&Q's brand of paints are brilliant used a few now and impressed!

Like painting with milk
You may just as well buy 5 liters of pasturised milk. virtually zero coverage with the first coat, probably need 4-5 coats to cover a darker colour, would give zero stars if it were an option.

Two coats of this covered a green Valspar paint no problem. Really thick good quality paint

Wish I'd read the reviews!
My walls were very light cream but after 1 coat it's clear it's going to need at least 1 more, if not 2. We will be switching to Dulux for the rest of the decorating.

Great paint and Colour
I don’t know why this paint gets bad reviews! It’s perfect, definitely not a cream or yellow colour, t looks just like snow and practically white. Was great coverage. One 2.5L did one coat of my hallway and stairs. So obviously will need to get another tin to give two coats. After giving it a good stir it was good to go. I love B&Q own brand paint and have never had a problem with it
