Disappointed
I have just had my bathroom refurbished and the shower looked lovely so imagine my disappointment when I realised that the mixer tap does not stay open so how can you hold it and wash at the same time? This has to be a design fault surely. I have resorted to tying a thick hairband in the gap. It’s also quite flimsy.

Can't believe the other 5* reviews!!
I must have brought a duff product or the other 5* reviews were for a different product. I did notice that the other 5* reviews were given free products - could this have anything to do with the reveiw??? Having got the shower fitted, I discovered that, like a previous reviewer, the diverter only stays open if you hold it - not sure what the point of it is then; unfortunately I didn't see that review before making my purchase. It's not at all sturdy, in fact I feel like I could pull it apart with my bare hands. I am now going to ditch this shower and buy a better brand from somewhere else.

Fantastic quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shower is absolutely brilliant. First of all the style is great , it looks really traditional and elegant and looks beautiful in my bathroom. The shower unit has two shower heads , a small one and a large overhead one . The workmanship is fantastic in this shower and is very well made and I can see this lasting for years . The shower has some good features including thermostatic control which means the water never gets too hot and also cuts out if there is a problem with the water supply . The power is great and there is a great flow of water coming from the overhead shower . The smaller shower head part is also good for cleaning the bath and other smaller washing jobs .

Fantastic powerful

Great product
