- Only hand tighten the flexible hose connections to the tap body. Tighten hose nuts to the home water connections using a correct wrench. Do not over-tighten, twist or fold the flexible hoses during installation. If in doubt consult relevant technical expertise

Useless waste of my time
Brand-new kitchen installed this week Plumber installed this tap this morning…. Leaking everywhere, considering others have complained why haven’t this been pulled from the shelves

Poor
Bought tap for new kitchen, after installation tap leaked between spout and main base, bought a new one, had to get plumber out to change tap, second tap leaked more than the first, very disappointed

Very Disappointed
It’s seems that water pouring from the Swivel neck is a comment problem with this tap. We purchase this recently along with our ceramic sink, which we returned as was damaged, unable to supply another one to us as no stock ANYWHERE however, in hindsight glad we purchased the sink elsewhere going by the quality of the taps.......

Not suitable for typical mains water pressure
Fitted the first tap on a £200 Franke sink,opened isolating valves turned tap on and water streaming from the swivel neck..... Made a trip to replace item,fitted tap 2 and same water poured from collar again. Made another trip to store and returned 2nd tap,not happy but manager very kindly ordered in another brand of tap,obviously the filbert design is flawed
