Bad experience

I ordered four lengths of ogee skirting. On of those supplied was torus, not ogee. All were very dirty, requiring a lot of work to clean dirt out of the grooves. Two were bady chipped, where, evidently, they had been dragged over something. All had sticky labels on them, which required a hairdryer to remove.
