It is UV resistant and it has great colour retention, keeping your surfaces looking fresher for longer. This handy tester pot is ideal for checking out your favourite colours first.

• Surface Preparation - Prepare The surface to be painted should be clean and dry before painting. Sand previously coated surfaces thoroughly before application. Wear a suitable face mask to avoid inhalation of dust. Fill any holes or defects with a filler. Treat mould, algae, moss, lichen or dirt with an appropriate fungicidal wash. Remove all debris, loose rust & flaking paint using a wire brush. For previously painted surfaces: Wash down thoroughly using diluted detergent. rinse with clean water and allow to dry. For wooden surfaces: Lightly sand to increase adhesion. Paint in direction of grain. For metal surfaces: Lightly sand smooth metal surfaces to increase adhesion. For specialist surfaces: Specialist primer may be required. For stone/concrete: Sweep concrete clean, best applied to porous surfaces. Paint Stir thoroughly before use. Apply sparingly with a brush to avoid drips. For wooden surfaces brush with the grain. For best results apply a minimum of 2 coats. Leave 4 hours between coats. Additional coats may be required for more porous or damaged surfaces. This pot should cover 25m². Coverage will vary depending on surface and application method. Only apply in dry weather conditions. Adhesion may be affected if surface is wet or damp. Only use in temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Always wear protective clothing (gloves, goggles, long sleeves). Clean & store Remove as much paint from your equipment as possible and clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water. Ensure you close the paint pot after use. Store the product in a dry place with a temperature between 5°C and 30°C. Protect from frost. Use within 12 months of opening.
• Instructions for Use - Stir thoroughly before use. Only apply varnish in temperatures between 12°C and 25°C, in dry weather conditions and in a well ventilated area. Avoid application in rain, frost, direct sunlight, wind or when surfaces are hot. The varnish is ready to use. Apply with a brush or a small roller. Apply a generous and even coat. Wait 4h before applying a second coat. This pot will cover around 9m². Coverage may vary for irregular surfaces. *If your wood is porous (fir, pine etc) or if your garden is south or west facing, we recommend you apply a third coat.
