Great Hose
These plastic covered hoses are brilliant. The uncovered ones go black with mould in the gaps between the spiral metal covering.

Shower Hose replacement
My wife wanted a plastic coated shower hose as our old one kept getting black, from the water, on every link. The hose is sufficiently long however the plastic is quite rigid so once the hot water stops the lead goes quite solid, making it awkward to use when just washing your hair. Other than that it is fit for purpose.

Shower hose
As expected. Seemed a fair price and quality okay.

Does the job
I bought this as a replacement for a metal tube. While it works well, it's less flexible than the metal one. But it doesn't get covered in black mould like the metal one does.

Not very flexible.
. Not very flexible considering its use. No washers provided
