Matched expectations in line with the price
Does what it suppose to do, good settings, easy to fit, light handle if you want to use it off the holder, the only thing is it needs good water pressure so if you have it I would recommend

Good replacement shower head & rail
I've had this shower head and rail installed for several weeks now and I find it perfect. I would note (looking at other comments) that if you don't follow the installation instructions and either install the rail and head holder upside down, or install the cable upside down, then yes it would most likely not hold the shower head properly.

Don't buy!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Very shoddy product not worth the price. The shower head won't stay in the holder and falls down. The holder can't be repositioned. Completely useless.
