- Only hand tighten the flexible hose connections to the tap body. Tighten hose nuts to the home water connections using a correct wrench. Do not over-tighten, twist or fold the flexible hoses during installation. If in doubt consult relevant technical expertise

Tarnishes to easy
This product is a good one until the colour changes until it looks dirty.

Do not waste your money
We bought this tap complete with our entire kitchen as Less than a year old and looks rusty and dirty. We moved into a house that had an unliveable kitchen so we had borrowed money from our in-laws in order to pay for our dream kitchen and are still paying for this baring in mind, we are gutted that it already looks old and worn. I cannot believe the price of this tap for the quality, I clean and dry the whole kitchen daily due to having a baby so this is not due to poor maintenance of the tap.

Poor quality
Looked great when first installed but started to rust within a month. Badly rusted now and looking terrible .will need replaced

Rusty after 3 months use, you don't really expect a tap to go rusty at all

Discoloured
We bought this tap a year ago and loved it. It was a perfect match with our kitchen but we have had to replace it as it has discoloured just like other reviews. I wouldn't recommend buying this tap.

Disappointing
Tap has only been installed for 5 Weeks and has discoloured already

Looks good but discoloured after 1 week
Just the look we wanted but discoloured at the base after 1 week had a replacement and this as done the same thing after 1 week again would not recommend.

Discolouration after 1 month
This has been in place for about a month, and it is discolouring badly at the base. Not sure why this is, no chemicals have been used. will contact customer support and discuss.

Looks great but not for long
We bought this tap a couple of months back and just had it installed. It's been in for 5 days and has already started to discolour around the base. Doesnt look like it can be removed. We are going to see if it gets any worse before deciding what to do. Now face the possibility of calling out the plumber again to remove it at extra cost to ourselves. Very disappointed.
