Best Pole hangers I've put up.
I bought these a few years back. They are by far the best looking and sturdy pole hangers I've used. Still look brand new and I can't help thinking that those that are complaining don't really know what they are doing. Granted the threads can be a little awkward but that's it. I don't understand where the scratches that one person complained about came from, It's like a rubber grommet that holds them in place. The only gripe is the threads could do with being a little cleaner to make it easier. But there is a slotted hole in the middle so just stick a screw driver in and away you go.

Prosuit incompatible avec les vis vendues dans le magasin. Les têtes de vis sont trop épaisses et empêchent le serrage de du pied du support.

Unusable
Couldn't even get the brackets out (and wasted ove half an hour trying) so could not use the product. I had bought multiple so definitely a design flaw rather than a one off. DO NOT BUY THIS

Rubbish
The pole is supported by push fit, not grub screws, for bay windows the pole rotates in the fitting and is not held firm, it also scratches the pole if you try and remove it, it might be ok for straight windows, forget it for bay windows, despite the descriptive picture in store, I wasted hours on this junk, sort it out B&Q and reinstate your previous products

Great product, easy fit, looks great!
Saw a few reviews on this before buying which made want to see why people were complaining. I fitted this with ease and I am actually really happy with the turn out and design. It looks great and would definitely buy again!

Fantastic, Looks Good, Easy Fit
Fitted each one in around 7 minutes each Inc measuring. No hassle at all, once the base plate is on the bracket just pops on and is very secure. It looks great, the pole doesn't needs screws to remove it or keep it in place it just clicks on/in and pushes out with a firm push. Can't fault it. The Finial I chose to go with the pole and bracket however, could be slightly bigger and, there could be more options, that would be nice.

je viens d'acheter ce produit, impossible de l'ouvrir, aucune explication. desolant d'etre oblige de retourner au magasin pour trouver un autre système de fixation.

Je viens d'acheter ce produit mais je ne peux pas m'en servir... Impossible de l'ouvrir pour l'installer. Très déçu. De plus un petit bout de plastique est prévu pour bloquer la barre et non une vis...
