Toilet unit
I bought this product a few weeks ago, had it fitted, works well

Toilet cistern had a hair line crack in it
I brought this product last month . The toilet cistern had a hair line crack in it . Had to take back to change just the cistern as plumber half way through putting it in . Costing me more money for the plumbers time . This should not of got through quality control!

The product is good the packaging is rubbish
I bought 2 of this product and one was all right but the second one the box hand holes ripped when we were carrying it up to the bathroom and it dropped and broke the toilet bowl had to bye another one

Works perfectly
It was easy to fit and unlike a lot of toilets the inlet valve can be on either side - so no need to change the water supply pipe. It washes down well and clears the waste with one full flush The seat is a little too flexible for my liking, so I kept the seat from the broke pan.

Lagon cc toilet
I installed one last week. Very bad flush on it and takes 25mins to refill. I'm going to return it for a better

Leaks from Ubend on pan
Spent half day installing toilet, filled cistern tested for leaks all was fine and water tight. Was amazed to return 10mins later and find a pool of water on the floor. Toilet pan was leaking from underneath Ubend which had been bodged and allowed to be sold as new. Wasted time, fuel and credibility thanks to this shoddy piece of sanitary ware

Flush Valve leaks
Flush valve leaked, straight out of the box. Opening it up, there is a clear design weakness with a tiny landing (1-2mm) for the main seal in the area where the overflow joins. Wasted more water in 2 weeks before I could find a replacement higher quality flush unit than I probably would have saved using the old toilet for many years.

Does the job
My experience of this product is completely different to the previous two reviewers. Bought and fitted this week the unit seems perfect to me. No leaks, flushes well, compact and overall I think good value for money.

Item isn’t glazed fully leaks
This toilet isn’t fully glazed and leaks like a flower pot from internally unglazed u bend !! Shocked at the quality of this item a simple feel around the bend confirms raw and unglazed pottery , absolutely zero quality control clearly an inferior product
