This is a great product and should not rust
We bought these as replacement taps for our bathroom basin and they were perfect for our needs.

Not Great
I bought these for ease as they were the same model as we already had which are about 6 years old The reason I was replacing the originals was because the chrome on escutcheon at the base had started to come away and bubble (looked like corrosion). This is because it’s chrone over plastic which is cheap, Upon inspection the new ones are the same. I was prepared install them but had to return them as the lever wasn’t aligned with the spout (as had been reported by another user so obviously a common fault). I tried taking the lever off thinking it may have been fitted onto the wrong spline, but it wasn’t possible to alight the like we and spout. I do not recommend these.

Poor design
These taps are very poorly designed. The water comes out vertically so you have to almost touch the sink bowl to get your hands under. Very disappointed after they were fitted as didn’t think this could possibly be an issue.

Nice quality value taps
Brought these taps to replace old and run down ones in my new house. They were easy to install and feel really nice to use. Good pressure on the spout (obviously affected by water pressure within the system). Really happy with these, so much so, got some more for my other bathroom and would consider getting them again.

Can believe these pass Quality control
Look good in the shop, but opened the box to find the handles in the off position don't line up with the tap, completely skew whiff. Just bizarre. They're going back to the shop. Should have read the reviews before I bought them.

Any tap but these
Purchased 18 months ago, the tap itself just comes over the side of the sink and kept on knocking my fingers on the sink. Now the securing ring below the tap (that looks chrome on the picture but is plastic) has disintegrated . My hot tap is looking very sorry for itself at a 45 degree angle. Would NEVER buy this product again.

Easy to install. Good value
I needed to replace some old taps and these were the closest like-for-like that I could find. The price was good, the taps are good quality and we’re easy to fit. The water stream is a bit closer to the back of the sink than the previous taps but still perfectly usable.
