Toilet seat challenge
Good economical product. Only problem I experienced is the the hing fitting screws are far too long and I had to adapt the tool supplied for doing up the nuts.

Great product and good value
Bought this product last month and found it very easy to fix. Seems to be good quality and has a durable feel to it. I would say it is good value for money.

Design makes it unsuitable for some toilet pans
Very nice seat and easy to fit BUT make sure the top of your toilet pan is flat as many are higher towards the front. If it's not flat and is higher at the front the only support pad that's touching is the one at the front, this is why many reviewers have had trouble with them splitting as any uneven distribution of weight will stress the narrow front sections along the grain (a naturally weak point). As the seat did not break completely I have glued mine and reshaped the front pad so the other 2 nearest the front are resting on the pan. The easiest solution is for the manufacturer to stop putting a support pad at the front! 2 stars for quality as this should be pretty basic for any company working in this area.

Perfect for sitting on
This toilet seat was relatively easy to install. It comes with a handy nut tightening tool which makes it easier to get the fixing’s tightened compared to traditional plastic wingnuts.

Poorly joined
I thought this looked like a nice, sturdy toilet seat but it was badly put together with the joins in the wood right on the back of our legs, which pinches.

Rubbish
first one cracked at front - second one cracked at front same place. Also seat is unlikely to stay up on a close coupled toilet. Rubbish do not buy.
