Poor quality fill valves
I'm a qualified plumber and yesterday I fitted my 3rd one of these toilets. The flush valve in all 3 was faulty, failing to turn off when water levels were reached. Every time this happened I had to take the cistern off, remove and refit a new fill valve at my own expense. They look great when fitted but the inner workings are of very poor quality. The picture attached are the poor quality from my last two fits.

Not very impressed with this Toilet
B&Q refunded me as the main reasons this Toilet was not to standard was (apart from being quite small) the soft close option kept closing onto our backs and would not stay up together with the fancy internal box, which you can remove to clean, did not sit squarely no matter how we adjusted so when you opened lid, you were presented with a wonky flush box. All in all for price tag not impressed. But like stated, we had a refund so happy with B&Q service.

Absolutely useless
Absolute garbage If you value your time, do not buy this. It is absolutely useless and if B&Q accepted unboxed/half installed returns they would never make anything on these. If you are unlucky like me and bought one without seeing the reviews, presuming that the price would buy a decent mid range toilet, I have the following advice: Throw away the instructions- they are useless and if you follow them you will struggle further. Fit the bowl first and ignore the order it tells you to do things. Throw away the cistern bolts- they do not provide a seal and it will leak. You can buy a cistern bolt kit from elsewhere. Throw away the inlet valve. It is some daft air gap design that literally does not do its job - however I set it up, it continued to overfill and overflow. Again I had to go buy another. The flush is also cheap and plastic rubbish. The only bit that's alright is the ceramic bowl/cistern and even that got marked really easily during installation and there is no hole at the back to fix the cistern to the wall. B&Q shouldn't be allowed to sell this when it is not fit for purpose

Do not buy
We’ve had this toilet a little over a year, and we’ve had nothing but problems with it. The toilet seat constantly needs tightening up, and the cistern inlet at the back is faulty and leaks. It has now damaged our floorboards and the only thing we can do to fix it is buy a new toilet as the part cannot be purchased and replaced.

Poorly made don't buy
Thee castings on this toilet are very poor and do not line up very well, nothing sits square and the seat does not fit the pan very well no matter the adjustment. Issues with this from start to finish, when first purchased parts where missing and the mounting holes on thecistern tank where not drilled out. A couple of. Trips back to BandQ to resolve these issues (staff were great) and to the realisation that the castings do not line up squarely due to the position of the inlet feeds nut not allowing you to fit the cistern tank squarely. Avoid this product.

No fixing to the rer wall on the cistern and pathetic internal L shaped nylon brackets means there is little in the way of secure fixing. Not suitable for an uneven surface like tiles as the toilet rocks back and forth due to the location of the brackets, there is no third fixing! Poor quality plastic fitting. Very awkward placement of the feed pipe. The Cistern seal is a bit of foam not a proper rubber seal.

Not happy in the shop this appeared white but it’s actually a dirty off white colour when opened box hopefully I can return this

Absolute nightmare fitting the seat, not easy.
Toilet seams ok, but the fittings for the seat aren't great, really awkward to fit, took longer than plumbing the loo in and still not right and im a plumber.
