Flooring
Bought flooring from Frank's. All got returned as poor quality. Went for this 1 from B&Q as we've had flooring before from there and never been disappointed. Read reviews on this 1 and seemed to be hit and miss but 1 stood out which said ignore the bad reviews and give it a go. Anyway glad I did. Great quality looks great and was easy for me to lay. Highly recommend.

Click and collect need to do better
Having to make a needless journey to exchange two packs out of 13 as whoever picked it on click and collect gave me to packs of old stock where're batch number to the rest of order is way out and thus simply do not match the rest as grain is different and shade is too light it sticks out like a sore thumb to the other 11 packs so will need to be exchanged Apart from that nice laminate

Definitely recommend
I brought 54 packs last October, and just fitted them this week. Apart from most boxes being bowed, which have been fitted perfectly with a trick we learnt, they seem perfect and love the brown/grey tones they give 100% recommend

Great product
We bought this product because we liked so much the pattern..we thought will be perfect for kitchen ( as was advised) and sure it is. My kitchen looks nicer.fits well with my table and my walls

Not Great
Have fitted loads of "Laminate Flooring" this is about the "most difficult" ! Persevered because liked the colour but do yourself a favour and GLUE every joint ! Not the best system by a long way ! Badly machined and without glue , joints are not great !
