Not a great a product
I purchased a tap from B&Q around 2 years ago, it has been a disappointment from the start. After just a short period of use, the tap started to drip water incessantly. As if that wasn't enough, one of the tap handles actually came off completely, leaving me unable to control the flow of water properly. This has been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, to say the least. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. In fact, to turn on the hot water now, I have to resort to using pliers, which is far from ideal. Overall, this has been a regrettable purchase and I'm thoroughly dissatisfied with the quality and performance
