Design flaw
Same as everyone else here, the metal collar to hold up the shelf is useless, ours cracked when we tightened the grub screw and now just falls down. Poor quality and an awful design. I'd assumed at this price it would be decent quality but it's wasted money.

Do not buy. Disgraceful.
As a product designer for 40 years I've seen some bad products. This is by far the worst design I've ever seen. The weight of the top tier when fully loaded is held up by a tiny grub screw. This screw is in two castings that fit together rather badly. These keep dropping out the underneath. I had to resort to fitting a tube underneath the top tier and drilling through the centre pillar and driving in a roll pin through the lot. Do not buy this product.. Please . You will regret it.

Falls apart on a regular basis
Bought 2 of these to make is easier for my mum. The grub screw to hold the shelf is so small it has no way of holding the weight of the shelf let alone anything on it. There must be a fix for this by now.

Parts incorrect - make cabinet un usable
The two halves of the locking collar that keep the shelves (one set for each shelf) in place were incorrect in my order. The locking collars come as a pair and each is slightly different to allow them to slot together. Unfortunately I got the same two half collars and therefore they don't join. This means I cant keep the shelves in position, as they slide down the centre pole. Went to store and they stated it was not possible to order replacement collars. There was no whole units in stock either to possibly cannibalise. They advised I contact customer services. Rang customer services they advised I contact store. Stuck with unit that doesnt perform.

Poorest quality... NO STAR given
I used the carousel after I moved to the new property on 24 Jun 23. Not up to a month, a metal ring fell apart and dropped out. The upper deck also dropped down. I regretted I read the reviews too late and now I faced the quality problems as all the other reviewers. I cannot imagine how b&q can sell such kind of rubbish! My wife was angry with me.

Poor quality - 1 month
Bought these with our b&q kitchen The inner metal part has broke this is the bracket I guess which supports the actual carousel. Phoned today and they are going to chase it up for me. Very poor quality and don’t have much sitting on the top shelf, as others have said this forced it to fall on top of the lower one.

Collets weak
Just doing final shelf height adjustments and the collets which hold the revolving shelves up both broke. Simply to weak for their purpose. We’d waited 3 month for delivery too.

Décrochage du plateau dessus
Mise en place il y a un an et le plateau supérieur s'est décroché.... Je n'ai plus la notice et je ne sais pas comment le remettre....
