No quality control on product
Quality Control on product was inadequate since I had to change it 3 times, due to poor quality of chrome hinges then poor quality and small areas where the glossy finish was missing and on the last one tiny dimples again on the surface. Of the cover part. I had make 3 separate visits to the B&Q store spending money and money travelling there and also spending time and inconveniencing my family when installing or dismantling the toilet seat three times.

I love it, kids hate it!
Easy to fit, good quality. I like the design and colour - not completely boring, but not too 'loud', nice neutral colours, however my son does not like the 'weird starfish' and thinks they might bite his bum :D

Great quality. Atrocious design.
When fitted, neither of the rear buffers touch the rim of the porcelain! The height of the bottom of the seat where fitted to the hinge is 14mm. The buffers are all 10mm. Please can anyone explain how the buffers can possibly touch the rim? The front 2 touch because the seat slopes towards the front! The fact that the front buffers are the only points of contact means there is massive weight on the front 2 and surely they will break.

Great seat
Very happy with my purchase. Really good seat, has a slow closing mechanism which is great so you not bagging the seat every time it’s closed. The design is beautiful.
