Not Great
Purchased 6 months a go, soft close is not working as it has seized, you cannot get to the mechanism to clean it, the chrome on the brackets is now coming off.

Stylish loo seat
Lovely toilet seat that suits my bathroom. The soft close is great so it doesn’t drop down hard on the toilet and the concrete colour matches the rest of the room. A little cold to sit on but so easy to fit and it includes the tool required.
