Renew your problem ceilings with this GoodHome Brilliant White Matt Emulsion Paint. This water-based, low-odour formula tackles ceiling imperfections effectively. Designed to block and prevent stains, the paint offers a wipeable surface that keeps your ceiling looking fresh. Ideal for covering marks, hiding discolouration, and creating a clean, crisp white finish in any room. Perfect for high-moisture areas like kitchens and bathrooms.

- Suitable for use on Ceilings
- Surface Preparation - Dry new plaster or plasterboard should be sealed with a plaster sealer or a coat of this product diluted up to 40% with clean water. Powdery surfaces will require stabilising with a suitable primer. For non-powdery surfaces or to cover contrasting colours, prepare with a walls and ceilings primer. Teat mould with a mould cleaner. For severe water staining we recommend using a solvent-based stain blocking paint.
- Instructions for Use - Ensure good ventilation during application and drying. Stir thoroughly before use. Apply using a brush or roller, when the temperature is between 10°C and 30°C. The pot will cover approximately 12m²/L. 2 coats are recommended for best results. You can recoat after 4 hours. If you are purchasing more than one pot of the same piant mix them together thoroughly before applying.
- Instructions for Storage - Store your leftover paint between 5°С and 30°С. Best used within 1 year of opening. Do not flush paint down the drain, including when cleaning painting tools.

Problem ceiling still a problem
We had a leak which caused a stain on the ceiling. The leak was repaired and used this paint on the ceiling in the hope that would cover the stain patch and restore it. Unfortunately, we required four coats of this, and even then you could still see the outline of the stain. The stain was not that bad and the paint definitely should have masked this. I’m not convinced the quality of this paint is up to scratch. I would only recommend it only if the ceilings were not problem ceilings, but unfortunately that is the whole point of this paint.

Great coverage
So happy I tried this paint,this was great paint to use on the ceiling compared to other white paints iv used before. Covered really well over existing stains on ceiling.

Brilliant coverage !!!
This came I handy as we just moved into a new bungalow. Heavy smoker before and a few uneven marks in the ceiling where they've hung stuff with drawing pins. It was easy to apply coverage was really good only needed 1 really good coat putting on. Looks really bright white and looks lovley

Great for touch ups and high traffic areas
Great little tub of paint ideal for small rooms like a downstairs toilet or cupboard. If not it’s great for touch ups in problem areas. I used it to patch up marks from moving furniture.

Brilliant white paint!
This white low sheen matt paint for ceilings handles like I would expect, going on relatively thick and seeming to dry fairly quickly. It produces good results on application covering discoloured surfaces well. It claims to stop old stains reappearing, and only time will tell how it will handle over time. First impressions are very good!

Give great coverage
Brilliant quality paint which give good coverage with one coat.easy to apply with rollers also could be applied with brush too .it has good consistency and make it easy to apply.

Money & Time saved
Heavily stained kitchen ceiling needed two coats in places ,compared to other rooms with nicotine stains were three coats needed to reach a good white using the standard B&Q paint. So money saved and most important my time.
