Coffee set
Good value for money. Wanted a compact set for a small decked area of the garden. Went together well with clear instructions. Also purchased the recommended cover, which is easy to put on and so far seems to be coping with heavy rain.

Looks great, but challenging to assemble
I bought this dining set and it arrived today. The first thing to say is that it looks absolutely great in the garden - really stylish, modern and clean - and it’s very comfortable. However, assembly was a bit of a nightmare - screws that needed to be inserted into extremely tight spaces, and screw holes that didn’t line up. In fact, in the end I have one bolt that after about 10 minutes of trying, I never did manage to fit. After 2 long hours, I’m happy with the finished product but for the number of pieces, I would have expected assembly to take a lot less time. A real shame, otherwise I would be happy to recommend to others!

Gorgeous but cushions arrived mouldy
Looks great but I had to get replacement cushions as the first set of cushions were mouldy like a previous reviewer. The second set of cushions were great and the set looks just like a more expensive brand.

All cushions badly stained and mould affected!
Product was found to be damaged on arrival. The leg of one chair was broken and importantly the condition of the cushions was dreadful; all badly marked and affected by mould staining, similarly the labels on the cushions were mould affected. The packaging containing screws, washers etc required for assembly had been opened, all these pieces were loose within the box!

Mouldy cushions
As other reviewers said, the cushions were covered in mould and other stains. What a disappointment

Moldy Cushions
Much like the other review our sofa arrived and the cushions for the back of the sofa were moldy and discoloured. Arranged collection and exchange which was received today. Same issue if not worse. I was offered a refund or exchange again but no guarantee that it wouldn't arrive in the same state. I was told that b&q don't check the products on arrival to their warehouse from their supplier. It is such a shame as the wood and shape is exactly what I wanted.

Mould
Mouldy cushions. Snapped woodwork. Very poor. Took 2 weeks to arrive, will now take a further 2 weeks to collect and replace. I don’t really want a replacement as no doubt the replacement will also be mouldy, but they left us with little choice.

Mouldy Pillows
The furniture piece itself looks great and is pretty easy to put together, unfortunately the pillows that came with it were covered in what looks to be black mould and other disgusting stains. I gave B&Q the benefit of the doubt and requested an exchange... the exchange came today and the exact same pillows has the same issues so i refused the exchange and requested a refund. This is very surprising as you may expect this for an old model that has been in storage for months/years but this is supposedly a 'new' addition to the range so I have no idea how they have managed to get mouldy. requested an exchange for the pillows again but was offered a full refund and collection instead which is a shame as I would like to have kept it if the pillows weren't gross. Will have to order from somewhere else instead.
