Disappointed
Nothing wrong with the product but I returned this tap as this was not suitable for my elderly mother and I have not been given a full refund and it’s been over 14 days.

Great looking but no flow
Very easy to fit and a great looking tap, first one received was damaged, new one supplied . Once connected up it took 34 seconds to fill a pint glass with hot water, and 9secs for a pint of cold water. Hopeless

Shoddy
I have had to have two of these taps, the first one the hose had a leak the second time when a plumber was moving the tap to a new kitchen the fixing for the rod split.

Faulty both times
We bought one and it looked great. However we could only get a dribble of hot water through the nozzle attachment (cold was fine). Then the nozzle started leaking from the spray rocker button. We got a replacement and fitted the nozzle to our existing tap and the problems were exactly the same.

Good tap, shame about height
The tap is very easy to install and looks great. Pressure I get out of the tap on both settings is impressive. Only issue the spout where the water comes out is pretty low, would prefer having a higher catch to hold it. Other than that good product.

Good quality but design could be improved
Good quality product.Single lever operation is good. It does restrict water flow from a conventional tap, to save water, so be aware you won't get the full flow of a standard fitting. Fine for me though. 360° arm is a good feature as is the magnetic holder. Only design issue is tap spout can be too low. Could do with a higher catch so you can store the neck higher. Plus the button on the spout switches between flow types e.g a shower v full flow. It does not stop and start the water which would have been better.
