Soto Push to open drawer runners
Fitted 4 of these to the plinth fixing brackets and work well. However one has to do a lot of searching to get the right parts to make the the system work. For the metal brackets search 'Good home Soto Kitchen fixing kit' the drawer is the soto 'GoodHome Soto Soft-close Drawer box (W)600mm (300mm, 400mm, 500mm, 800mm) part number 3663602479161 for the 600. The drawer used must be 100mm less than the unit width. Also the positioning of the runners on the bracket is not clear ( The end of the runner has to virtually be flush with the end of the bracket ). Also design staff in store don't have any idea how the system works and there were none in the display area to look at. The product itself is 5 stars, fitting it is below 1 star! Hope this helps.

Système d'ouverture pour tiroir push-pull GoodHome Bonjour ,j ai monter les deux rails et la barre ,mais impossible d enclencher le tiroir jusqu au bout ''. Y a il un tutoriel vidéo .

Mauvais = push-pull GoodHome
Système de tiroirs achetés il y a moins de 6 mois: le système push-pull GoodHome marche très mal: il faut appuyer fort, plusieurs fois...... Ca enerve très vite!!! Quel dommage alors qu'une cuisine doit être pratique et agréable. Système pourtant posé pourtant des professionnels mandatés par Castorama (ces professionnels nous ont dit que ce problème était récurrent avec ce système). Que faire ??

So where do you buy the steel drawers?
A comment said this is for steel drawers. Can someone point out what are these drawers called, and possibly a link to find them?

Runners do not fit the drawer they were sold with.
My father purchased these runners for a kitchen refurbishment and they do not fit the drawer they have been sold with. It appears that he has been sold runners that do not fit the drawer as he and I have followed the instructions closely and still cannot get the product to attach correctly.
