Good looking floorings scratches very easily.
I bought this in October/November last year. After a couple pof months the top layer started to flake and crack. I contacted B&Q about this and was instantly put to furniture and flooring ombudsman, who took a few weeks to get to the property. The person who should up done his checks and said that there is delamination and the delamination was "likely" there when it was installed. Since then, we have had more places that have suffered the same cracking. In addition to this, the flooring is the easiest scratching flooring I have ever had. I have significantly cheaper flooring that wasn't "scratch resistant" that lasted a lot longer than without scratches or minimal. I would only buy this flooring if you intend the room to be a viewing room, meaning you only look at the room. I have now got to take this further now as after the second bout of cracking the ombudsman has went silent and won't respond.

Easy to lay
I changed my mind on which flooring to order after reading a review that said the previous item id planned on buying scratched easily. it was easy to lay and suitable for the average DIY er. However some planks were damaged but i had bought extra to allow for this Recommended

Check for splinters before laying.
Very good quality and looks great but do check for signs of splitting / splintering along the long edges BEFORE laying, these will catch and tear off as soon as it's cleaned with a flooring mop or vac.

Great looking product
Looks amazing down, does not have the plastic click system, so on some edges it could lock down better if it had that, also be aware that the planks after 3 layers down are various sizes 40, 60, and 80cm plus 120cm full size, it is down at the bottom on the description i missed it and had already opened 4 boxes using planks from each so had already laid 3 layers centred so had to start again as the different sizes are to give a more authentic effect which they do, looks great down definitely recommended

Great looks, easy install
Great colour, fitted it in the lounge a few months ago then bought some more for upstairs. The smokey grey/brown looks fab and as a not so expert diyer I must say it is easy to fit. Slightish downside is that it does scratch easier than I would have liked-by no means a big problem though. I have fitted it on around 40sq m of floor.

Great product & easy to install
I purchased these at the beginning of the year. They arrived on a Friday, I opened the packaging and left them to sit in the room they were being installed for a week - this is to acclimatise the wood to your home. I didn't purchase any trim as I removed the skirting boards so the flooring could sit underneath, I feel this gives a better look to the overall finish. 29sqm was installed over a 2 day period. The system is very easy to install. Instead of using floor spacers, I used some 12mm baton cut into around 60mm pieces. I used Royal Sonic Gold 5mm underlay, which gives the flooring a nice feel underfoot, this is also a 3in1 product - DPM, Insulation and noise damping. Tools used: - Flooring kit, which consists of a soft hammer, spacers & install block around. - Reciprocating multi tool. - Chop Saw.

Really lovely flooring!
The colour and finish is excellent. It is surprisingly easy to fit together too and didn't really require any additional equipment; I only required a saw. For added info, if it helps: I used this with the green fabric underlay, which went on top of an old, existing floor.

LOOKS REALLY GOOD GREAT COLOUR
This was not my first choice of wood however I'm so pleased I ended up with this choice, there is a nice smokiness to the colour, it's not too dark in a very small flat, I had it put in the front room, hallway and bedroom. I haven't had any issues since it's been down. It was clued to a concrete floor, there's no creaking when its walked on, it feels warm under your feet so feels good if walking barefoot, not cold, I was told it was fairly easy to put together, although with a little difficulty, the person who lay the floor said the click in section didn't always click in easily, but not a massive issue, I did get it laid professionally. My new flooring looks exactly as it does in the B+Q pic no change in the colour on delivery. These were bought on offer with a 3 for 2 so great value.
