Awful quality

I had this flooring in my living room for about 6months now and im very disappointed with its quality. You can’t sit on a chair without making a dent or a scratch in it. Honestly, waste of your money.

Great product

This floor looks great good quality and easy to lay I did have 2 pieces that I couldn't use because they were marked but because I bought enough to do my hall I'll be able to use them there by cutting them down

Good value, looks great, quality moderate

Was a bit hesitant on reading @Phil_in_SL5's helpful review/photos about going ahead with a purchase, but decided to anyway, laying about 20m2 in a bedroom. The colour is certainly lovely. The manufacturing marks which show well on Phil's pictures are present on pretty much every plank, but when they are down you don't notice it at all even in varying lights, and we didn't feel it detracted from the appearance at all. We've laid much more expensive engineered floor before - in terms of ease, this was very similar. There were a very small number of broken edges although nothing that resulted in waste. Nothing needed glued. The overall thickness is less than higher quality floors, but the top (wood) surface is still decent and doesn't scratch easily. There was some bowing in the wood, but again nothing we haven't seen in more expensive sets - we stored them flat in sealed boxes for about 2 weeks in the same room before laying. We bought about 10% extra, but probably still have 5% spare. We've used a pretty thin polystyrene underlay only which seems fine. This is laid in an old Victorian building, so not exactly flat to start with; there's a little movement in it, but not much and I wouldn't expect anything else given the subfloor. It's been down over a year now without an issue. We're very pleased - given the price, it looks great and the quality is certainly adequate for a bedroom (so low traffic). We are considering using it again in the downstairs hallway (although out of stock at present).

Good but could be better

Looks nice and very easy to lay. Certainly looks better than cheap laminate, the real wood portion of it is good quality. Very sturdy pieces that give the feel of walking on an old wood floor, I’m very satisfied with the finished look. Couple of down points are, some of the wood was extremely bowed even after acclimatising for 8 days. There were also pieces with damage to the plywood underneath, still useable but not ideal. Also one piece had damaged tongue edges which weren’t obvious and after much swearing I realised why it wasn’t going together. But you are bound to get defects as it’s a natural material, so overall I’m very happy with the product.

Excellent parquet

Nice colour, Very poor quality

B&Q recently updated their wood flooring (June 2019) and I bought this flooring based on the colour and the expectation of a quality engineered flooring, like the outgoing "Colours" range seemed to be. Well the colour is lovely and just what we wanted in our hallway, but the quality of the product is very poor. I bought 9 boxes they sat in the boxes for 10 days before opening them. Half of the boards were bowed lengthways which means that the floor doesn't sit perfectly flat and is liable to creaking just like old fashioned laminate. Most of the boards also had physical indentations/marks on them where they have been gripped by machines during the manufacturing process. Thirdly, the quality of the product is nothing like the outgoing Colours range. These boards are flimsy, lightweight, with a very cheap plywood look and feel to them. Some of the central layer sections were loose and needed re-gluing. This is nothing like what I was hoping for from an 'engineered' floor. All in all, massively disappointing other than the lovely colour.
