Good item
I had a kitchen design with the bin, however the designer missed the draw off so I ordered the draw didn’t realise I had to order the front, which I did then you have to order the handle. It’s ridiculous that you have to order it when it should be bought as a pack. Then they wanted delivery charge for a handle!!!

The Template IS correct!
Do not be concerned. Both the template and this product work just fine! Assembly, including reading through the assembly instructions took around 45 mins. The only small glitch is that the illustration for the positioning of the bin carriage is slightly misleading in that the carriage assembly should be FLUSH against the back of the unit not half and half as the illustration shows. Plenty of addition screws holes in the assembly if you want to add addition fastenings to the unit sides. Fitting it really isn't a problem. Don't bin it!!

Product itself isn’t that bad but good luck trying to fit it !!!!!! Instructions are awful, template is off, you’re on your own with this one it’s just taken me 4 hours to fit !!!!

Easy instalation
I was worried after reading all reviews about nightmare installation, but it was easy. Sure, the pictures could be a bit bigger. No issues with the template as some reviews mentioned, everything fits as it should. Happy customer :)

Don’t use the template it’s wrong!
I’m an experienced builder of 22 years & install many kitchen units. Use the instructions to get an idea how this bin works but DO NOT use the template! Don’t look at the pictures of the screw holes on the rails as these don’t aquate. Basically make sure you take your own measurements as this is horrendous to fit

Shocking unit
I left an earlier review but having considered it all felt the need to return! To start with the instructions are illegible, truly awful. No effort has been made to help you. Almost as if ots an after thought. What there are, are at best inaccurate and misleading The template is wrong. The door protrudes over the edges and looks like its not closed properly! . Useless and the rear screw is simply in the wrong place. If you get this slightly off the drawer will stick and results in you pulling the door off the runners. This is a cheap attempt at trying to beat the other more expensive bin options available. Dont waste cash, buy cheap buy twice. This unit is not fit for purpose and trust me, I used to fit BandQ kitchens on their behalf!

shocking instructions
This comes with amongst the worst instructions I have ever had. Shocking. Truly shocking. Mounting these rails comes down to total guess work due to the horrendous diagrams etc.. Stay clear unless you want to be pulling your hair out at 11pm having moved the rails for the 3rd time trying to get them fitting! The images are that small I had to get a magnifying glass and even then made very little sense!

Nightmare to fit!!
I bought this bin as I specifically wanted runners that attached to the unit & not insert a frame as well as the door being part of it. I was pleased there was a template to fit all parts correctly, I should have known better! The runner template is wrong, no other way of putting it, & if I had fit it as per the template the door would have stuck out over 1 inch (as well as the rear most screw hole not being in the right place). I did manage to figure out, I hope, where the runners should sit but only once the worktops are fitted will I know for sure. For the price I would have expected better. It is smooth now it's in hoping it has no issues
