Very good value
Used to be a plumber for years and thought I would try the rimless model. Very good and easier to clean. Love the new fixing idea to fix the pan to the floor, more stable and neater.

Need to replace due to poor design
Not the nicest topic but....The shape of the bowl means urine splashes upwards under the seat. I am a domestic cleaner, I have never seen a toilet do this before. It's very unhygienic, the seat needs cleaning underneath after every use which isn't practical at all. The loo seat broke after a couple of months so we already had to replace that. The second seat has been hard to keep clean after every use so going to have to get rid of the toilet completely after only 11 months and and find something else. So annoying.

Poor instructions and poor manufacturer assembly
If you’re going to buy one of these I would recommend buying the cistern spanner that the instructions say is included. We bought ours directly from B&Q but the cistern valve was already assembled. My assumption was because some genius with a spreadsheet thought it would be cheaper. But what you’re left with is a part assembled cistern coupling that because the excel finance cost cutting expert whose bright idea it was to part assemble and remove the spanner. So you’re reliant on whoever assembled it to make sure it’s a good seal. In our case it wasn’t but you only find this out once you’ve installed it. So my tip is don’t rely on whoever built it to do a good job. Tighten and check everything first because assembling and reassembling it is a pain which the penny pinching genius who thought to save money by removing parts would know because they’ve probably never been anywhere near installing a loo, tbh probably fresh out of nappies and just knows how add some formulas up to save money but causes an unreliable product.

Good quality toilet
The toilet works fine. Assembly was fairly straight forward but the instructions did not match exactly, so as a DIY job it was a little more time consuming than it should have been.

No issues
Bought this toilet despite all the negative reviews. No issues at all with it. No it doesn’t screw to the wall but if you use the brackets provided it fixes to the floor. Might put a couple of blobs of silicone behind it.Toilet seat was a bit fiddly but only took about 10 minutes. I’m a 64 year old female DIYer. If I can fit it anyone can.
