New tap
Replacing a tap in our kitchen that feeds a butler sink, looks good, and does the job.

does what supposed to do
This does exactly what it is supposed to do moves water from the pipes inrto the sink on a easy use tap. one thing I will note is that the flex pipes weren't quite tight enough and therefore leaked on initial turn on but that was quickly sorted.

Does the job
Our previous tap was dripping. We decided to purchase this one. Installation instructions came with the purchase which were easy to follow. We've had it for a month now and so far we haven't had any issues and most importantly no dripping.

This product is a major disappointment
This tap is very difficult to operate by that I mean you cannot control the hot and cold water. It either runs to hot or the cold water comes in by itself and you cannot get a steady flow at the temperature you want, (very disappointed)

Drips constantly
Similar to another reviewer, the tap has just been installed and it drips constantly. There's no way to take the levers off to access the internals and replace any broken parts, so it's impossible to fix it.

Total rubbish
We were told that this tap would be suitable for low pressure. Kept for months while we waited for the plumber and our bit of wire holding the old tap together worked well enough. Finally got it fitted and the pressure is so low that we now boil a kettle to get the hot water quick enough.
