Great Cutting Facility
I bought this to make an extra baseboard for my model railway. It's great having a cutting facility at the Stockport branch as all the cuts were all nice and square and to my required dimensions. Also I nice tip from the operator to become TradePoint customer.

It's ply!
What can I can I say, I needed a small piece of ply to finish a job and B&Q stock it, the best thing is they do multiple sizes so you don't need to buy a full 8x4 foot sheet and waste a lot or have to srore it just in case.

Good quality

Good wood
The board is fine, the man in store however cut it to the wrong size not once but twice. How hard can it be!

DON’T BUY
This has to be the worst I’ve ever purchased and I work with this type of wood every day. This is very poor quality. It splintered when I tried to cut it and went very wavy when I painted it. The layers are not glued correctly and large chunks were flaking off. In the end I had to throw my project away. I should have returned to B&Q and demanded a refund. Never again. I will now be going back to outwards timber on Westfield Road as their wood is brilliant, you can’t beat it.

Poor Quality:- Delaminating Outer Surface & Voids
I bought this product yesterday and had it cut to sizes I provided. It soon became apparent that it was excessively splintered on the cut edges coupled with significant delaminating of the outer surface, coupled with voids evident at the edges, even on the manufacturer machined edges. The outer layer is extremely thin. In general this is very poor quality and not worth the price as it is not fit for purpose.

Very helpful
I needed some plywood for temporary shed roof repairs. Darren at Guildford was really helpful cutting the sheet to the correct lengths required & provided useful advise.
