A little splintery when cut but not bad quality for the price

Initially good veneer quality
Wanted a HW ply with a good even veneer surface, as offering from other merchants seemed inferior quality, with often paper thin finish veneer. This HW ply initially had advertised 1.5mm veneer, which thinned towards the centre of the board, making multiple machine cuts unreliable, and left me with a good amount of waste, juggling the quality of the cuts to finish and having to cut by hand.

Not the best I've had but ok
I really only use TradePoint B&Q for my plywood when I have a coupon and need it cutting for transporting. Usually it's as good as anywhere else but this time it was very warped, all sheets were. After the cutting processed it's turned out to be ok as the pieces were relatively small so any warping has been "removed"
