End caps, plugs & stop ends
Stop ends and end caps are used to ensure a secure seal at the end of a pipe. In any hot water, drinking water or gas plumbing project there can be instances where pipelines are run to serve future purposes or a component is removed. Adding an end or blanking cap makes it possible to leave this dead end in the system, so you can be confident that there are no leaks. Should you need this part of the system again in future, the end cap can simply be removed.
