Impossible to fit.
The plinths are 16mm (actually a fraction more) and the plinth seal gap is quoted as 16mm (actually a fraction less) making them incredibly tight and impossible to fit. I tried to slide them on but they jammed. I then tried to squeeze them on inch by inch but they were damaging the surface of the plinth chipboard. I tried heating the seal with a hair dryer to try and make it more pliable but the seal buckled / distorted when I tried to fit it. Gave up trying to fit them in frustration and returned the unused / undamaged plinth seals for a refund.

Good once you know the tricks!
The reviews here are very helpful, as the seal is VERY tight. We did the planed chamfer on the back and also - this is the clincher - heat it with a hairdryer and wearing a thick glove, run your finger along the inside, then as it softens and you can “stretch” out the gap in the plastic seal slightly, then lay it in place along the bottom of the plinth, put the front on first then pop the back on. Bingo!

these do not fit kitchen plinths that are provided
dont buy these if you are buying plinths from b and q. they dont fit. in some cases the plinth itself is 2 mm wider. i sanded the plinth in an attempt to make it fit with some limited success - in most cases damaged the wooden plinth itself in trying to fit them B and q need to provide different plinth seals that are made to be used with their products. very poor would not buy again.

Chamfering the back edge works. Shouldn't have to
As many others have mentioned this is a very tight fit to a 16mm plinth. One commentator suggested chamfering with sandpaper. I went a step further and put a 5mm chamfer on the inside of the plinth with a sharp hand plane. Then by fitting the visible front edge first the back can be coerced into fitting. It is still tight but doing it this way minimises the risk of damaging the visible front edge

Beware!
There are both 16mm and18mm widths in the same bins. I found the 16mm almost impossible to fit to standard 16mm thick plinth without damaging the chipboard. Fitted the 18mm in the end but it cost me an extra plinth and seal.

Great
I bought this a month ago and I am glad I did because it is the best finish ever

Homelux plinth fixing (L)1830mm
I bought this plinth to replace the original manufacturer's part after a flood, ten times better than the original one.

Good quality, but expensive
Only one piece in stock and nil stock at other checked locations. Bought same product online at 20% less.

Doesn't Fit the B&Q Plinth sent to me.
I should have read the reviews before purchase regarding different sizes of Plinths but why would you go into that detail when you order a full Kitchen, you expect it to fit. Nightmare to install, tried heating it but it distorted then warmed it with a hairdryer as I slowly forced it on. Still has a bit of distortion but did go on. As others have said, make sure they give you the right size. Earlier reviews give more information.

Get the size right 16mm or 18
There are two sizes in white 18mm for £5 or16 mm for £6 . They are mixed up in both my local bq,s The 18 are still a tight fit, chamfer boards with sand paper . Check size on purchase
