Good Little Toilet
I’ve bought two of these in the last few months (early 2025). Reasonably uncomplicated to assemble and install - IS seemed to update assembly instructions between toilet purchase one and two, and instructions that came with the second toilet were much clearer. Toilet itself robust, neat size and with a good soft close seat. Very happy either with it.

Need to watch a lot of videos
Fitting instruction, none. Instruction supplied for flush and fill mechanisms are for completely different mechanisms so no actual fitting instruction's. Ones supplied show settings for the 3 parts of the flushing mechanism, specific to code on cistern. No code on cistern anyway. Contacted Ideal for help. They said, oh, it's just generic instructions. NO ITS NOT. They have specific part numbers, specific settings for specific cisterns. Even the seat supplied doesn't fit very well despite multiple adjustments. I've given 3 stars as the actual toilet isn't bad but, be prepared for a lot of video viewing to work out how to put this together properly. (Bought from BandQ Edinburgh)
