Knauf Dritherm Cavity Wall Slab 37 Standard is a slab of non-combustible, glass mineral wool with a water-repellent additive, designed for reliable and long-lasting effective insulation. They can be used to either full fill or partially fill wall cavities in buildings up to 12 metres high.

Safety Information
Minimise direct contact with skin in order to prevent mechanical itching. In dusty environments use suitable respiratory protection
After contact with the product, rinse skin in cold water to reduce potential effects of mechanical itching.
In dusty environments use vacuum equipment where possible to minimise dust levels
Where possible, use natural ventilation during installation in order to minimise dust levels.
Dispose of surplus product in accordance with local regulations.
Use glasses or goggles when working with mineral wool insulation above shoulder height or in dusty environments.

Very good product and with a reasonable price, perfect for cavity wall insulation.

Highly recommended
great value and easy to use Have used this several times for projects in my home and others highly recomended. Noticeable in thermal efiency when projects are completed Gloves and PPE should still useed but you will notice significant diffrence compared to using class fible rolls. No real itching or discomfort whe using this, only from removing the old glass fible insulation.

Good thickness and easy to cut to to size, used for sound insulation in studded wall has also cut the amount of noise penetration and room feels warmer to.

Great insulation
Purchased at a good price when the 10% offer on all B&Q items was running. Really good value and does the job insulating the walls in my garage conversion. One thing to be weary of is that you can only safely carry 5 rolls on a flatbed trolley otherwise the rolls will fall off. This is also a little cumbersome navigating around the store as (for some reason along with timber), B&Q locate items like this away from the tills, so you have to wind your way around other shoppers.

Did the job at a good price
Unusually I bought this item for its acoustic properties . I have some very old (50's) loudspeakers which needed new damping in them and this was just the ticket wrapped in garden fleece. Sounds a lot better! It was very easy to cut and handle and replaced some cut up old duvet.
