Almost bullet proof skirting
I have used this product to replace an existing but outdated skirting board. The skirting paint quality is superb. Make sure you fix the skirting using adhesive. Do not fix the skirting mechanically otherwise you will damage the painted surface.

Super durable!
Yes, it's plastic wrapped which makes it almost bulletproof. Have them in my house and wouldn't ever imagine they can last this long with kids bashing against them all the time. Can be painted over with a water based paint no bother.

This stuff is plastic coated
It says fully finished what it does’t is It is plastic coated can you paint touch up ? What do you touch it up with? Research on other websites indicate you need wax fillers and crayons. Not mentioned in the description or in instructions with the material. Will contact to get it replaced.
