Exactly what I needed
Last year I purchased some Verve Terracotta pots to grow some herbs in. I didn't want to plant them directly in the vegetable patch as herbs like mint can run riot and soon take over the whole patch. I have now positioned the pots on a gravel area to add colour and aroma. The problem I had was that rain or watering would drain through the pots leaving the soil very dry especially in this hot we are currently enjoying. These Verve Laleh Terracotta Saucers help retain the water and stop the plants drying out during the day.

Keeps my patio clean
I bought this after refreshing compost in one of my pots. Unfortunately with it being new compost after watering the pot it left stains on my patio as it came out of the bottom of the pot. The saucer now collects the coloured water which I can empty rather than the water going into the patio and staining it.

Really useful, brought to go under my terracotta pots in the conversatory. Also makes a nice saucer for putting in the garden filled with water for the birds.
