Wood was split and broken
Expected this to be low quality from the price and other review, but only needed something basic. The door arrived inside a cardboard box, but when opened was damaged, with a split along the edge of the door and a section snapped off. Thankfully I needed to trim the door so was able to cut that section off, but the split does still run into the remaining door. I'm planning on glueing and painting so hopefully will be ok, but I'd definitely suggest being wary of you plan on buying one. Beyond that, the product seems ok for what it is. The bottom splintered quite a bit when trimming the bottom, but is ok with some sanding. Might have been better with greater care taken.

Better than expected from some reviews
Having read reviews, some said warped so badly, it couldn’t be used. Ours arrived well wrapped. Checked it over and looks fine. Nicely sanded planks and all were nicely together. Ledges and bracing all solid. We put weather protection on it and hung it last night. No problems at all-well, for two over 65s, not too bad

Good quality and good value for money
I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a rotten garage door. After a bit of adjustment and a coat of paint it fitted. Looks good and works fine.

Flimsy
Bought the door ,thought it looked a good solid door . States the thickness of the door as 40 mm , however the door is made of very flimsy 20 mm thickness panels and only measures 40 mm where the brase timbers are . Very miss leading I’m afraid . Should be described as 20 mm panel door , braced with 20 mm timber .
