A popular Leyland Trade interior matt emulsion paint that is suitable for use on wall & ceiling, making it a great choice to give your home a refresh. Black is a wonderful shade of black that will suit any interior design. The paint is best used as a topcoat. After application, this emulsion paint will accomplish a impeccably matt surface that will look brand new for a long time. This 5L tin will cover up to 70 m² on average. You can use a brush, roller or spray to apply an even layer. It will dry quickly between coats meaning you can recoat it in 2-4 hours. Made with protective technology, this paint is washable, allowing you to free yourself from the worries of everyday damage to your new surfaces. Good but not durable
Colour, coverage and finish was good but not a durable paint. Marks and scuffs easily

Not good marks so easy chips and scuffs
This paint is awful it chips badly and if you even put a finger on it it marks so bad it’s not good paint maybe black sheen another brand may be better

Good product
Really good product and went on a dream. However didn’t quite cover white in one coat so another was required. Finish was excellent once this was done . Really good colour pigmentation and great consistency.

I really like this paint
This paint covers so well. I turned a white wall black in one go. Will definitely buy again, although 5L will last for quite a while!

Avoid!
Covers lovely and looks fantastic.. but it definitely is not washable as the manufacturer claims. You only need to lightly touch the finished paint and it will leave a chalky white mark which is not removable and will only worsen and spread if you do try to clean it.

The product stains and is not wipeable
Although the package says the product is wipeable, it is not. It stains when touched and if cleaned. The brand’s support said it’s like this for dark matt paints. Their suggestion was: 1. Repaint the area using one of the higher sheen level products mentioned above 2. Apply a matt glaze – Polyvine Decorators Varnish 3. Use the Leyland Trade Hardwearing Matt, it will mark as the vinyl matt, but gives the opportunity to be cleaned. The brand itself is suggesting us to use other products instead of vinyl matt emulsion…

Good for price
Was painting over plain plaster board. Went on easily enough, only need 2 coats. Only down side is it does mark slightly if touched. I know most don't tend to touch the walls but this is for a business space so things do brush against. Overall great value for money.

great paint
I bought this for my garage floor but was a bit worried whenI opened the tin as it was navy blue in colour my son checked reviews on google and it said that it does infact dry black which it does .I am very happy with the paint as it was very smooth and easy to paint with
