Nice white colour
Surprisingly, I paint only one coat and it's look good.

Very patchy
Used this on my ceiling which was already white. The coverage is very patchy even after 2 coats, will now need a 3rd coat. Roller was saturated in paint and one I've used many times with other emulsions with no issues. 2 stars as it was cheap but not worth the time that will have to be spent.

Good coverage
Used this paint as an undercoat to hide dark green paint and applies extremely well. Hide it within a single coat. I did try this on my coving though felt it wasn't bright enough. Good quality base paint or use as basic non shiny white.

Fantastic!
I bought this product to paint my bedroom which was a dark purple and after 3 coats you would never be able to tell. A great paint to work with, good coverage and not strong fumes.

Better than Dulux
Better coverage than Dulux, much less splatter than Dulux and doesn't "roll on - roll off" like Dulux.

Certainly NOT Brilliant White!
I may not be a painter and decorator ..... but I can tell Brilliant White from mediocre white. This is NOT Brilliant White. I have used this paint, for which I had read many positive reviews, on top of white emulsion which was done about six or so years ago. It was very difficult to tell which bits I had painted and which I hadn't. A bit of a waste of time when you consider all the inconvenience of moving furniture etc to end up with walls that look the same as before. I painted my doors with a competitor's own brand Stay White Brilliant White Satinwood and the doors look much, much whiter than the walls. Added to that, when I opened the tin there were thick bits round the top, suggesting it had been opened before. These "thick bits" dropped into the paint and had to keep removing them as I painted. More inconvenience. I realised I could have taken it back but I wasn't able to at that particular time. CERTAINLY WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND.

Really Good,
Bought this when i kept hearing the negative reviews of Dulux Matt brilliant white, not looking so white. Really please with the product, not too runny, and only had to use one coat (i'd already applied base coat though) . Really pleased, looks like brilliant white
