Apply this emulsion paint from Leyland Trade to interior , using a brush or roller, to prepare the surface for painting. It takes 16-24 hours to dry and will cover Up to 17 m² per litre on average.

Beat the brown water stains in one.
I needed to prime a plastered wall that had suffered from water ingress. The surface had dried out but water-based emulsion paints were just allowing nasty brown patches to show through. Not this one! I applied it with a small sponge roller and it went on smoothly, was easily worked into the surface and dried beautifully to a clear white matt finish. Job done! Can now safely emulsion over with the finishing coat.

Good paint cover welll leave good base finish in a few hours for dry finish, easy to sand ready to gloss.

Leyland Undercoat White
It is very very good. Coverage is good. The smell lingers for ages. Sadly the lid was not on properly and it fell over and I lost a litlre of paint on the pavement. So maybe they need to look at how to safeguard this.

This paint is excellent
This paint was great to use with a spray it covers excellently and provides a great surface for the top coat it also dries quickly and cleaning the tools with it is really easy. I will buy again

Quality results with Leyland
Having tried water based paints I latched onto Leyland trade paints and now use nothing else. Leyland trade undercoat always provides a consistent solid base which enables a superb gloss finish to be applied. Finally, B & Q prices were considerably less than those at trade suppliers

Best undercoat
Excellent product, for a great price. Covers and spreads really well. Managed to undercoat a full house with two tins.
