This waterproofing damp block by Leyland Trade provides a professional quality undercoat, suitable for masking both water stains and damp patches. It can be applied easily with a roller or brush, and covers up to 8 m² on average.

- Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one, 2-methyl-2H-isothiazol-3-one, 3-iodo2-propynyl butylcarbamate and 2,4,7,9-tetramethyldec-5-yne-4,7-diol. May produce an allergic reaction.

Can directly paint on the wall and not so smelly, dry so fast that I can paint another layer after 30 minutes

Seems to work well
Early days, only been applied to a slightly damp external wall a few weeks, but seems to have provided a good foundation for top coat of emulsion

Doesn't cover stains, impossible to paint over
This product does not cover watermarks (you'll need several coats), and what's worse is emulsion paint will not adhere to it afterwards. If I could give it negative stars I would. It's made a complete mess of our hall way. I'm going to have to spend the day sanding down the walls instead of painting them. B&Q should stop selling this rubbish.
