All jobs indoors or out
Exactly what I wanted to do those jobs indoors and outside the house. Adjustable to any height. Easier to handle that an extending ladder and seems very secure.

Telescopic Ladder
This ladder is light, easy to use, but very robust. I would never have thought how useful a fully telescopic ladder would be and greatly enhances safety as it is never too long or too short

Review
I bought this because I needed a ladder to get up into the roof space of the house. It’s not as easy to use as I thought it would be. I thought the price was on the step side but it was the best fit for what I wanted. It should be useful.

Misleading instructions
The ladder does the job paid for but you have to disregard the instruction on the ladder to “start to extend at this rung” (because it won’t lock) and start pulling up at the next rung up.

Broke first use
Needed a linger ladder to get the christmas lights up and thought it would be good to get into the loft and save lugging large ladder out of garage. Felt sturdy enough and then when we tried to put it away it wouldn't shrink all the way down. And the rungs had got missaligned. Returned the same day for a full refund excellent customer service in store on collection and return.

Compact and easy to use
I bought this product to access my loft for an emergency. It was really easy to use out of the box and performed its job easily. It has rubber feet and rubber tops that allow it to optionally hook over an edge. It's lightweight and easy to both assemble and reduce back down. The thin rungs are not too comfortable with just socks, but fine with shoes .
