Product is perfect
First time house owner / fixer. This tool was accurate at detecting the wires, it tells you the depth and how strong they are. Calibration and sensitivity are great.

Title is fine.
Purchased this when moving into a new build. Easy to use and identifies studs, cables and metal in the walls with ease so no accidental drilling!

Good product - ignore bad reviews
Used for finding wood joists and worked well (especially for price). Tips for use: recalibrate (hold down material button) between uses, keep hand away from sensor, and double check reading.

Waste of money
Have used similar products before. Ignored previews believing that B&Q would sell something so dangerously poor. Will be returning it.
